Stupid Maryland with their stupid restrictions against domestic wine... Chaucers mead is a favorite of mine... and WineWoot cannot deliver thei great 4-pack to me! POUT.

There have been a few things on wine.woot that looked interesting, but I stopped looking because I also live in stupid Maryland. But ya know, I bet I could get stuff delivered to someone's house in Virginia...hm...

The Maryland State Legislature is preparing to discuss a direct shipping bill this session next week! Make your voice heard through Free the Grapes! and Marylanders for Better Beer & Wine Laws. I don't think I'm going to make it to the hearing personally, but I'd recommend it to anyone who has the time; at the very least use FtG!'s ability to send a letter to your representatives and consider donating to one or both groups.
